If you're looking to join a world-class team that values innovation and excellence, this role is perfect for you!What You'll DoDevelop and implement ASO strategies to ensure our games rank highly in search results and improve visibility across Apple Store and Google Play.Build and optimize Apple Search Ads (ASA) to improve campaign performance, targeting, and cost efficiency.Plan and follow up on traffic and other marketing initiatives to ensure they align with our overall goals.Work together with cross-functional teams, such as User Acquisition, Product Marketing, and Creative, to synchronize app store strategies with broader marketing initiatives.Collaborate with external agencies and internal collaborators to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.Share recommendations and insights with other team members to improve discoverability and increase conversion rates using analytics.Report to the Head of Organic Growth, providing insights and expertise to craft data-driven decisions and maintain our games' competitiveness.What We're Looking ForProven experience in ASO and ASA management, showcasing outstanding skills in app store optimization and search ads strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Collaborating with diverse teams to support effective marketing campaigns.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills to effectively work with internal and external collaborators.A passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry.2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.An approach geared towards continuous improvement.Join us and be part of a team that appreciates ambition, teamwork, and outstanding performance!
