Responsibilities: Communicate with stakeholders to gather and share business or development requirements Provide actionable suggestions and solutions to the development team to meet business objectives Take ownership of requirement delivery and ensure client satisfaction Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage them via JIRA Maintain Confluence pages by uploading relevant content and sharing useful updates Prepare presentations for clients, management meetings, and ad hoc projects Manage Sprints and Scrum calls to foster a high-performance team environment Monitor infrastructure and software upgrades to mitigate non-compliance and outage risks Create and deliver ad hoc, daily, weekly, and monthly reports Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production checkouts as required Draft and maintain scope documents and necessary project milestone documents Track and manage the book-of-work throughout the year Assist in resolving production tickets and provide effective solutions Mentor new team members and share knowledge through training sessions Support the resolution of project-related issues and challenges Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher, with a preference for a Masters in a business-related field, or equivalent work experience 4 years of experience in the IT industry Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL Oracle Developer, and Postman Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Very good command of English (oral and written) Operational effectiveness and precision Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive problem-solving and results-oriented mindset High attention to detail and ability to work independently Discretion and judgment when handling sensitive data Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Training learning opportunities Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
