Role: Commodity Price Risk Management Trading AnalystCompany: Top 5 Global FMCGLocation: Barcelona (Spain)Salary: 40-65k basic + 7.5% bonus + benefitsKey Skills: Very strong academics, analytical skills and 2 years+ Commodities Risk Analyst or Commodity Price Risk Management Analyst experienceWorld leading, top 5 FMCG seeks a Commodity Price Risk Management Trading Analyst to join their Global Commodity Price Risk Management (CPRM) / Commodity Risk Management (CRM) Research/Hedging/Risk Management/Execution team, helping to limit the companys exposure to price volatility in Soft Commodities (Sugar, Cocoa Dairy).Based from their Global Commodity Risk Management Global HQ in Barcelona, you will work closely with a very experienced Commodity Risk Management Trading Manager, who you will support in:Providing market research analysis of physical and derivative productsRunning frequent price and volatility forecastingImplementing hedging strategies through use of listed derivatives, OTC products, or proxy hedges in compliance with internal policies and hedge accounting principlesWorking as the Assistant Manager in managing a Global Commodity spend of over 1.5BillionYour role will be to assist the Global Commodity Risk Management Trading Manager, who you will learn from and grow into a similar role over years, in managing the businesses exposure to surges/increases in Sugar, Cocoa, Dairy.
