MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The Service provider will provide services associated with development of all planning, progress measurement and reporting tools, procedures and reports for the NorseBreeze Offshore Wind developments, ensuring the Company is in the position to make fully informed decisions. The Service Provider shall provide support to the Project under the guidance of the Project Controls team. The service will enable the project teams to understand, plan for and achieve critical project milestones in accordance with project targets. ACTIVITIES

The Service Provider shall be responsible for all the scheduling, planning and progress measurement activities for the NorseBreeze Offshore Wind projects. During the pre-FID phase of the project focusing on engineering, surveys, preparation for permit application, early commitment planning, financing and readiness for FID. Services include:

The service provider will provide support to other PMO functions. This includes supporting both the Cost Control Lead and the Risk Manager where relevant.

In addition, the service provider shall liaise actively with all the Project team members for all scheduling and progress measurement related activities, shall observe and shall impose strict confidentiality during the tendering phase and as a general manner all along the course of the Project, shall demonstrate an exemplary behavior in complying with the Company Ethics and Code of Conduct policy.

The Clients Renewables comprise a team of professionals passionate about deploying clean energy and bringing new opportunities to communities. The NorseBreeze project is the first 400MW Offshore Wind Farm development operated by the Client in Denmark.

The Service provider could require travel between Paris, France and Copenhagen, Denmark
