Drive Change and Shape Investment Performance Solutions Warsaw based opportunity with possibility to work 3-4 days a week remotely As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global leader in investment fund services and securities operations, supporting top-tier institutional clients worldwide. You will join the Engineering Department responsible for implementing strategic process and system changes. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex requirements across stakeholders while translating them into actionable solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve existing production processes Conduct impact analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, and prepare business cases for new initiatives Drive technical analysis and contribute to the design of new business solutions Translate business needs into epics and user stories, estimating effort and complexity Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leads and developers Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services Experience in project-oriented environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies Understanding of project estimation and prioritization techniques Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and autonomy in task management Fluent English and experience communicating with international stakeholders Familiarity with VBA and SQL scripts Knowledge of Oracle, UX/UI basics, Storybook, or design components ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
