They are seeking a Production and Planning Manager for their manufacturing unit in Cadoneghe.The role''s objective is to coordinate, manage, and plan production, supporting problem-solving related to manufacturing. Experience in personnel management, quality, and safety monitoring is required. The candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and supervise production activitiesSet up and schedule production tasksMaintain and improve production process performanceMonitor and manage processes to ensure quality standardsVerify machinery operation (presses, bending machines, punching machines, automated cutting and semi-finished products production machines)Analyze production and warehouse data for continuous improvement actionsCoordinate with various departments to analyze and resolve issuesCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate preferably holds a technical diploma and has previous experience in a similar role, preferably in carpentry or the metalworking sector.
