- Ensure reliable operation of solutions
What You Bring:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or related field
- Consulting experience with skills in designing and configuring ITSM solutions
- Knowledge of IT service management tools and applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Basic experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and pod configuration
- A passion for tackling complex challenges and exploring modern technologies
- Organized, dependable, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German with good written and spoken English
