The Structured & Sustainable Finance Analyst will join a leading European Renewable energy company and will be part of an experienced finance team. The candidate, working collaboratively with the team, will be responsible for:Supporting the head of Funding in originating, structuring, negotiating, and reporting mainly Debt Capital Markets instruments, Corporate Loans, and occasionally other debt instruments.Coordinating the rating process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders involved in maintaining the corporate rating.Supporting M&A processes through due diligence of potential targets'' financial documents.Conducting market research on trends and regulations impacting the company''s business.Developing financial models for renewable projects related to acquisitions and financing, focusing on their impact on business value.Assisting in drafting the group business plan and designing the financial strategy, including identifying suitable financing options.Providing ad-hoc analysis as required by management for business decisions.Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (administration, treasury, planning, sustainability, etc.) and external stakeholders (financial institutions, investors, consultants, auditors, law firms, rating agencies).Minimum Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of financial services, debt instruments, cash flow analysis, treasury management, hedging tools, and funding-related accounting.Experience in the energy sector, familiarity with rating methodologies, and ESG principles are advantageous.Excellent command of English (verbal and written); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.Knowledge & Managerial Skills:The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be accountable, autonomous, goal-oriented, and capable of working collaboratively.
