Requirements:
You will initially be responsible for telephone introductions:
You will submit the credit application to the client over the phone and follow up on their application to ensure their file is finalized as quickly as possible.
You have a highly developed sales mindset: you support the client, guide them, and act as their financial advisor. Based on the client''s analysis, you will propose the product best suited to their situation and lead the sales response.
As the first point of contact, you will also provide information to our clients on the progress of their application.
You have a sales mindset and enjoy surpassing yourself and taking on challenges.
You will then be responsible for telephone follow-up on credit applications:
You will review contracts, supporting documents, legal notices, and signatures, ensuring their compliance.
You will release funds to our clients'' accounts.
You help customers find solutions in the event of non-compliance.
