The role involves building loyalty and trust within a strategic client portfolio, increasing product penetration and revenue. Responsibilities include providing account management support, overseeing customer satisfaction, cross-selling and up-selling our solutions, and negotiating proposals, pricing, and contracts across all service lines. The Key Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams such as Health & Security Operations, Billing, Commercial & Legal, and IT to maintain strong relationships and ensure efficient client management.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish a structured account management approach and define strategies for client accounts.Manage a designated set of existing accounts, including multinational corporations and large organizations with a global footprint.Monitor service quality in medical and security solutions for clients.Ensure timely renewal of client contracts.Support clients management teams and ensure consistent service delivery.Educate clients management teams about program specifics through meetings, calls, or virtual sessions.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales of complex services.Experience in consultative, relationship, and value selling methodologies.Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills and an ability to create and maintain networks.Ability to work independently and in teams to achieve results.Excellent numeric, written, oral communication, and presentation skills.Fluent in English and Italian.Experience working in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment.Additional InformationAt International SOS, we are committed to diversity and inclusion.
