Morpheus are currently partnered with a global leader in Automatic License Plate Recognition (ALPR) and OCR solutions. They are increasing the headcount in Europe and are seeking a Business
Development Manager with experience in ALPR, LPR, OCR, or related security/video analytics tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and grow client base across law enforcement, transportation, parking and government sectors
- Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Develop new client relationships, manage proposals, and contract negotiations
- Action the aggressive growth strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and track activities via CRM
- Represent them at events and industry expos
What You Bring:
- Driven to new business creation
- Hunting mentality
- Proven experience in ALPR, OCR, and security systems,
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English and either Italian / French / Greek / Spanish
