Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Manage the planning, production and implementation of adidas events / projects with focus on Event Management to create leading event experiences. This also includes the physical installations
Key Responsibilities:
- Steer, plan and execute event projects by using an integrated, holistic and long-term event marketing approach.
- Roll out and manage installations on site.
- Develop creative ideas and solutions that fulfil the event production and key account team strategy.
- Collaborate with project teams.
- Ensure rigorous and competitive pricing from agencies and vendors.
- Plan and manage project budgets within the given targets.
- Independently lead assigned projects and project teams while making sure execution is fully aligned with brand strategy and creative direction guidelines.
- Fulfil objectives of briefs, taking into consideration the short, medium and long-term company and business objectives.
- Pro-active support of superiors in various tasks.
- Build the brand and the business of the brand.

- Global event agency & supplier roster
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellence in event organization.

- Proven ability to manage external partners to achieve strong results.
- Detail-oriented with ability to synthesize small details into big pictures.
- IT skills: Illustrator (or equivalent), SketchUp: basic / Office 365: expert
- Hardware: Macintosh products
- Language: English: excellent / German: excellent
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (FOS, Abitur).
- Creative and/or event education.
- At least 5 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven track record especially for event production & event design experience.
- Experiences in installations, exhibitions, interior design and production is a must have.
- Knowledge of materials and standard event equipment is beneficial.
- Marketing/Communication/Architecture experiences are an advantage.
- Passion for adidas, it´s mission and core belief.
- Passion for sports and sport culture.
