The team is based in Monza (Italy), with additional offices in Tumba (Sweden) and Shanghai (China).The Quality Team consists of 4 members in Monza and one in Shanghai.Our vision is to ensure that the Quality Department is a valued contributor in designing innovative, reliable, and high-quality products that exceed industry standards.Who you areWe are looking for a person with:Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsFlexibilityAbility to build and maintain relationshipsWhat about the jobIn your role, you will:Support product development and team members in projectsParticipate in various cross-functional project teamsContribute to defining test prototype requirementsCoordinate planning of your activitiesManage R&D test area equipment and instrumentationDefine and update test area proceduresEnsure safety procedures are followed in the test areaPlan and execute detailed testsDefine component qualification processes through validation testsCollect data, analyze results, and draft test reportsManage post-mortem analysis of items/components to identify root causes of malfunctionsSupport prototype testing in factories (internal and external)Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting onboard tests when requiredIdentify and contribute to developing advanced diagnostic toolsParticipate in quality peer review processesContribute to service documentation drafting and reviewSupport training and qualification of field service engineersWhat you knowEngineering background is an assetExperience in mechanics, processes, and automationFamiliarity with project work and product developmentBasic understanding of fuel conditioning and separation processes onboard vesselsKnowledge of product performance and quality principlesUnderstanding of safety principles and rulesKnowledge of Design of ExperimentsTest and troubleshooting onboard experience is a plusData analysis skillsProficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the timeFluent in written and spoken EnglishKey SkillsNote: The listed skills such as Apache Commons, Asset, Art and Craft, Concrete Pump, Accident Investigation seem unrelated or incorrectly included, and should be clarified or removed for relevance.Employment Type: Full-TimeExperience: X years (please specify)Vacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
