Position Summary
As a Cash Collection Support you will assist the Accounts Receivable Department by monitoring and following up the status of client invoices.
What will be your responsibilities?
- You will take full responsibility for cash collection activities in one designated country while serving as backup support for 9 other EU countries.
- Conduct online research to evaluate the creditworthiness of new clients.
- Provide general administrative support like maintaining and updating payment records, client correspondence, and status reports.
What do we require?
- Living in Belgium
- First experience and interest in working with numbers and data.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in customer contact and making calls.
- Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and a readiness to provide backup support when needed.
- Motivated to contribute in a professional and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English (business proficiency) and either Dutch, German, Hungarian, Czech or French
- Willingness to commit to an interim setup with the potential for the position to become permanent.
