Role will be based in RinascenteDuomo, ideal candidate must have beautician diploma.Responsabilities: - Embodying the allure as a fragrance &beauty brand ambassador, able to communicate the Houses beautyaesthetic and share a deep knowledge of the history and codes ofbrand portfolio. - Welcoming clients and accompanying them on anexceptional journey within the Boutique - Offering an ultimate,warm and customised experience to each client - Nurturing ourclients'' dream and desire for brand, combining the art ofstorytelling with a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, itsmodernity and its know-how - Being familiar with the brand''sdigital strategy and market trends and playing an active role inproviding a seamless omnichannel experience to clients - Beingresponsible for the development of the client file and thedevelopment of client loyalty in order to prolong the brandexperience after the visit to the Boutique - Carrying out make-upflashes - Carrying out make-up/fragrance animations with theclients - Being co-responsible for the proper maintenance of theBoutique in accordance with the established rules - Being a coredriver of business growth by directly contributing to companyperformance through generating sales and improving operationalefficiency. - Actively participating in morning briefings andoffering feedback and proposals - Contributing to operationalactivities in the back-office - Contributing to the development ofthe business by reaching sales objectives, using all availablelevers such as products, services and data capture to recruit andretain clients - Having adequate knowledge of the procedures toensure the smooth running of the Boutique - Establishingqualitative reports for the Boutique Manager - Managing clientinformation collection to enable excellent clienteling - Sharingbest practices with the team, demonstrating dynamism andcontributing to the collective knowledge and skills - Strongcollaboration with all the team PROFILE: - Beautician Diploma musthave - Excellent knowledge of the perfume and beauty sector. -Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative spirit - Listeningskills and empathy - Problem solving and ability to face challengesand changes - Energy, motivation and enthusiasm - Ability to engageand inspire through storytelling - Strong orientation towardscollaboration and team spirit - Fluency in English
