Thiskey role will be responsible for designing, implementing, andfacilitating coaching programs aimed at improving skills,performance, and engagement within the organization. MainResponsibilities: - Coaching: Provide individual coaching sessionsto employees at various levels, facilitating their professionalgrowth, goal attainment, and potential development. - NeedsAnalysis: Collaborate with department heads and the HR team toidentify development needs, with a focus on where coachinginterventions can be most effective. - Implementation andLogistics: Manage the organization and logistics of coachingprograms. - Effectiveness Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of coaching programs through feedback collection andresults analysis, proposing improvements. - Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date on new trends and methodologies in the field ofcoaching. Requirements: - Bachelor''s degree in Psychology. - 3-5years of experience as a Business Coach or equivalent practicalexperience in a psychology-related coaching role. - Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. -Accuracy and attention to detail. - Proactivity, autonomy, andproblem-solving abilities. - Excellent knowledge of the Englishlanguage. The selection process includes a language check. Anyother language, in addition to English, is a plus.
