Join a leading HR services provider on a 6-month remote contract, supporting payroll delivery and data management for a major client. This is a full-time role requiring fluency in Dutch and strong payroll expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Independently process end-to-end payroll in line with agreed calendars and KPIs
- Support statutory and year-end reporting
- Advise on payroll-related queries, demonstrating expert knowledge of Dutch legislation
- Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard
- Assist with system maintenance testing and liaise with third-party providers
- Complete SOC controls on time with the necessary documentation
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and ensure practical understanding
- Maintain and update documentation (DWIs) to reflect current processes
- Provide updates to internal stakeholders as required
Required Experience:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 23 years experience in payroll or benefits administration within HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft
- Experience working with HR and payroll data
