Bvlgari Spa, within its Europe F&A Departmentbased in Rome, is looking for a Europe Controlling Manager. Therole will directly report to the CFO Europe and, while supportingthe entire European region, will have a strong focus on the Italianand Turkish business units. It will actively and constantly supportthe company in achieving its business goals by steering theplanning process, monitoring both business and organizationalperformance, and providing constructive feedback and correctiveactions through an effective reporting system, in closecollaboration with all business functions. MAIN ACTIVITIES Coordinate and follow up on all activities needed to develop Firmbudget and periodic revisions, collecting data from the variousdepartments, verifying the pertinent data consistency and providinga first aggregation of data before transmission to Corporate. Coordinate and assist the Country Managing Directors and managementteam to carry out the Budgeting and Reporting activities. Performperiodic analysis of actual versus budget in terms of all economicdimensions (costs, sales, investments, margins, etc.) in order toidentify the causes of possible discrepancies and to proposecorrective actions. Perform periodic closing activities,supporting other F&A Teams (Accounting, Financial Reportingetc.) in delivering a timely and accurate financial closing, inline with the Group and the Local Accounting Principle. Runreporting for internal management and external reporting needs. Ensure that the quality and quantity of data in the system databaseare in line with the business needs Continuously update both costand profit center structure of the managed companies. Analyze theproject profitability and prepare financial analysis for contractnegotiations and investment decisions Cooperate with theCorporate IT department to implement new functionalities,supporting the budgeting and reporting process. Promotecross-functional collaboration with other departments and act as afinancial advisor to local management teams. Drive continuousimprovement in financial planning and reporting processes,leveraging automation and advanced analytics tools. TECHNICALSKILLS Minimum 5 years of experience within an internationalenvironment Strong knowledge of Budgeting & Reportingtechniques Solid understanding of accounting principles andprocedures, including International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency inIT applications including SAP, Power BI, BW, Office Familiaritywith ERP systems, databases, and financial modeling tools Fluencyboth in Italian and English SOFT SKILLS Strong analytical andproblem-solving mindset High level of business awareness andstrategic thinking Proactive and results-oriented approach Teamplayer, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage complexity and deliver under pressure Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to coordinate anddevelop people Strong customer orientation, with a collaborativeattitude towards internal stakeholders Sound operationaleffectiveness and organizational skills High level of integrityand ownership
