responsibilities :
- Owning the overall end-to-end process of analysis throughout cooperation with clients,
- Conducting customized workshops for clients, including product discovery and digital strategy sessions,
- Analyzing customer requirements to define business weaknesses, opportunities, and product-market fit,
- Supporting clients in defining digital product strategies and roadmaps, aligning business goals with user needs,
- Providing clients with directions for implementing complex IT solutions and validating product ideas through research and experimentation,
- Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product decisions,
- Creating user stories and producing functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives,
- Designing and facilitating prototyping and MVP validation processes to test product hypotheses,
- Creating mockups of designed solutions and collaborating with UX/UI designers to refine product concepts,
- Identifying, modeling, and optimizing business processes to enhance product scalability and efficiency,
- Collaborating with the team and PO to create intuitive, user-friendly software, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making,
- Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure success and impact.
requirements-expected :
- 3+ years of experience in IT analysis,
- Proficiency in English we work internationally, so thats a must (excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow expressing arguments and explaining solutions to a general audience),
- Proficiency in Polish,
- Practical knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques,
- Experience in conducting workshops and client interviews, including product discovery and strategy sessions,
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, from ideation to scaling,
- Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product decisions,
- Familiarity with Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or other innovation methodologies,
- Practical knowledge of UX design and relevant tools (Figma, Axure, or similar),
- Ability to define and track key product metrics to measure success and validate hypotheses,
- Experience with prototyping and MVP validation to test product-market fit,
- Practical knowledge of relevant methodologies for developing software requirements and business processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN, UML).
