As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our brand positioning and coordinating consistent marketing activities across various business units in the 10 countries in which we operate.
For our European DC hub in Aalst, we are currently looking for a full-time:
Marketing Coordinator
Purpose and Responsibilities of the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing activities on both local and international levels. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and indirectly to the Benelux Manager, working closely with internal teams and external vendors. Your responsibilities include:
1. Strategic Marketing and Implementation
- Supporting the Marketing and Communication Manager in executing a coherent, unified, and international marketing strategy.
- Coordinating local marketing initiatives across various ETP/TPI countries, ensuring consistent branding and alignment with the global narrative.
2. Content Creation and Management
- Writing and publishing content for social media, email newsletters, and the website.
- Responsible for translating marketing materials and ensuring all content is locally relevant in collaboration with local teams.
- Designing and developing marketing materials such as e-signatures, brochures, flyers, and social media visuals using tools like Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Creating visually engaging and professional presentations for both internal and external purposes that clearly convey the core message.
3. External Collaboration
- Collaborating with external vendors such as graphic agencies, printing companies, and digital marketing partners to ensure high-quality output.
- Coordinating international campaigns and ensuring that external parties meet deadlines and specifications.
4. Digital Marketing
- Managing the website and ensuring up-to-date, SEO-optimized content.
- Creating, executing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns via platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
5. Coordination and Communication
- Coordinating marketing activities across different ETP/TPI countries and acting as a liaison between local teams and the central marketing team at Walden Group.
- Ensuring international campaigns are aligned and consistently executed across all regions.
- Guaranteeing that every campaign and project contributes to a unified image of Eurotranspharma/Transpharma International as a reliable and innovative logistics partner.
6. Reporting and Analysis
- Analyzing marketing performance and campaign ROI, and reporting to the Marketing and Communication Manager.
- Providing regular updates on the progress of marketing projects in the various countries.
7. Event Management
- Organizing and coordinating trade shows, customer days, and other events.
- Managing branding, promotional materials, and general coordination during events.
