Your Role:
- Training: Start with a one-month training program to learn the ropes, followed by hands-on experience in the field.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new clients through business development and account management.
- Market Insight: Build your understanding of the job market to effectively advise clients and candidates during the hiring process.
- Recruitment Process: Guide candidates and hiring managers through interviews and contract negotiations.
- Deal Management: Take responsibility for closing deals with clients.
- Market Analysis: Participate in weekly meetings to share your insights on trends in the Finance or IT job markets.
Who You Are:
- Education: Higher Professional Education level of thinking and working.
- People Skills: You enjoy helping and communicating with people.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in recruitment or sales is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Eager to learn and take initiative.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Dutch and English.
