You will:
- Help coordinate the execution of company-wide engagement surveys and follow-up actions
- Support the roll-out of inclusive culture initiatives and awareness campaigns
- Act as a connector between global functions and regional teams
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to equity certifications and internal communities
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 12 years of experience in HR, engagement, DE&I
- Speaks and writes English fluently
- Is empathetic, creative and an effective communicator
- Has strong organizational and coordination skills
- Brings curiosity, a collaborative mindset and a sense of accountability
