Our client, a company specialised in fund management, is looking for a Personal assistant who speaks spanish as the first language or fluently. This is a permanent position. This position is to provide administrative support to the family of a spanish director who has recently settled in Luxembourg. Job Duties and Responsibilities : Administrative management (filing, archiving, invoices, quotes, etc.). Management of the agenda and family appointments. Handling incoming emails and responses. Liaison with partners (lawyers, property managers, administration, schools, etc.). Representing the employer with certain partners/clients/service providers.
