Digital Marketing Specialist, Monza-BrianzaMonza-Brianza, ItalySelection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles at both national and international levels, is seeking a:For a rapidly growing, solid, and structured company operating in the services sector.The candidate, reporting directly to the management, will aim to attract new clients, strengthen loyalty among existing clients, and increase sales through the creation and management of digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the competitive context and propose effective strategies, monitoring established KPIs;Manage online advertising platforms, with particular attention to Meta and Google Ads, creating various types of advertising campaigns;Monitor campaign performance to ensure achievement of set objectives;Prepare detailed reports on the performance of sponsorships;Optimize the budget to achieve optimal results and maximize ROI;Refine existing campaigns and manage activities such as A/B Testing.Requirements for the PositionDegree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields;At least 2-3 years of experience in a company, preferably in the services segment;Deep knowledge of major online advertising platforms and digital campaign creation;Knowledge of lead generation techniques and performance monitoring;Familiarity with key Digital Marketing channels and tools (SEO, PPC, display, social, affiliation, partnership, email, link building, etc.);Experience with analytics tools and Tag management (e.g., Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager);Knowledge of customer management software (CRM).The profile should also demonstrate results orientation, integrity, and professional ethics.Due to company needs and in a rapidly growing context with real career advancement opportunities, remote work is currently not available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
