About the Role
As a Content Specialist, youll be the driving force behind Brandsoms marketplace content innovation, ensuring operational excellence in quality and efficiency across platforms like Amazon, Bol.com, Zalando and many more.
Youll be at the forefront of content automation, marketplace content design, and data-driven content strategies, ensuring our clients brands stand out in an increasingly competitive marketplace landscape.
This role focuses on deep specialization in marketplace content, including content and design optimization through AI automation processes. You will collaborate closely within the content and advertising team, providing insights and strategies to marketplace consultants without direct managerial responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
Marketplace Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement data-driven content strategies to optimize product pages and brand storytelling on marketplaces for maximum reach and conversion(e.g. enriched images, Brand stores and A+ content).
- Lead the evolution toward AI-enhanced content and design, leveraging automation tools for marketplace visuals and descriptions.
- Stay ahead of marketplace content trends, adapting strategies based on best practices.
AI & Automation Specialization
- Enhance AI-powered automation, ensuring efficiency and scalability in content production.
- Research, test, and integrate leading AI content tools and similar automation solutions for continuous optimization.
- Develop AI prompt strategies to refine and personalize content at scale.
Performance & Analytics Optimization
- Utilize advanced A/B testing and analytics platforms (Amazon Brand Analytics, Bol.com Insights) to refine content performance and improve conversion rates.
- Implement data-backed improvements, ensuring content adapts to marketplace algorithm shifts and consumer behavior trends.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely within the content and advertising team, providing strategic insights and content innovations to marketplace consultants.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence, ensuring content workflows are efficient and scalable.
- Provide strategic insights on content trends, automation tools, and optimization techniques, driving continuous improvement in content quality and efficiency.
Your Skills & Expertise:
- Marketplace Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketplace content optimisation (Amazon, Bol.com, Zalando, etc.).
- Photo & Video Editing: Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Strong ability to analyze marketplace performance data and execute strategic content improvements.
- A/B Testing & Analytics: Experience with Amazon Brand Analytics, Bol.com Insights, and testing platforms.
- Search Term to Visuals Translation: Understanding of customer search behavior and ability to translate it into compelling visual content.
- Short-Form & Social Content (Preferred, Not Required): Familiarity with UGC, TikTok, and emerging social commerce platforms is a plus.
- Pre: AI-Driven Content Mastery: Experience with AI tools for content creation, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
Your Experience:
- 3-5 years in content strategy and marketplace optimization.
- Proven expertise in marketplace content innovation, ensuring operational excellence in quality and efficiency.
- Strong affinitity with AI-driven content solutions and workflow automation.
- Background in marketplace content or e-commerce is requiredexperience within an agency or brand setting is a must.
