Grow the EXENT business through commercial competence and educate laboratory physicians, scientists, laboratory managers, procurement specialists, and service companies on the value proposition of EXENT.Partner with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across laboratories, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups.Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance assessments with clients to measure satisfaction and understand evolving needs.Gain, grow, and defend PDX business by closely adhering to revenue growth targets.Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the EXENT MSL, Marketing, and Management teams, utilizing Salesforce (SFDC) as a key tool.Take full ownership of the sales process from prospecting and funnel management to coordinating with partners and closing deals.Work closely with the Country Manager to expand business and manage existing contracts effectively.Proactively identify and resolve problems, objections, and blockages to business growth.Stay updated on advancements in laboratory, clinical, and scientific fields related to monoclonal gammopathies, establishing yourself as a field authority.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless approach to customer satisfaction.Handle complex situations across departments and with external partners, contributing to the development of study-related documents and high-standard publications.Manage key accounts as designated by management.Contribute actively to the Senior Leaders Team within Sales, focusing on strategy development and budget management.Requirements:Proven experience in sales within the healthcare or laboratory industry.Strong understanding of the scientific and commercial value propositions of the PDX EXENT portfolio.Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.Ability to operate in complex, multifaceted environments and handle ambitious demands.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with laboratory professionals and procurement specialists.Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution abilities.Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.Additional information:Role: ManagerKey Skills: IT Hardware, Ado, Agriculture, Market Research, Art and CraftEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: (Specify years)Vacancy: 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
