If so, we''re interested in you!Our OMLP program is designed to fast-track the development of entry-level talent, coaching them into capable leaders who can tackle the challenges in our Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions at Avio Aero. We offer a permanent contract for this role.OMLP Program DetailsThree 8-month rotational assignments, providing hands-on leadership experience and technical & management skills across Avio Aeros plants in Italy.Global trainings to become proficient in lean operations & supply chain management.Leadership & Personal Development coursework to develop leadership skills and connect with GE Aerospace Development Program members worldwide.Rotational AssignmentsEach OMLP will undertake three mandatory rotations in:Technical roles (e.g., quality engineer, manufacturing engineer)Sourcing / Materials Management (e.g., buyer, contracts administrator, logistics specialist)Shop Operations Supervisor (leading shopfloor operators)Program ExpectationsCollaborate with their Assignment Leader to set and achieve goals.Plan and perform tasks aligned with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity (SQDC).Develop teamwork and lead diverse groups to develop and implement team goals.Post-Program OpportunitiesGraduates are expected to be advanced in supply chain operations and project management, positioning them for challenging roles that drive business results and leadership in Avio Aero.
