- You work under the supervision of the kitchenmanager - You carry out preparations according to instructions fromthe person in charge - You help with the mise-en-place of thedishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food - You help theresponsible person prepare the orders during the shift - Youprovide a smooth and efficient briefing to colleagues for the nextshift - You label and store all foodstuffs according to HACCPstandards - You clean up after the shift and you clean workingtools - You respect safety standards during the work --> We needhelp on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5pm to 10pm Qualities welook for are: - Hard working - Clean and organized - Team player -Willing to work evenings & weekends - Free inweekends
