Your Mission
Join a multidisciplinary team working on the development and optimization of conversational experiences (chatbots & voicebots). As a Senior Conversational (AI) Designer, you will craft engaging dialogues that guide users through seamless digital interactionsboth in sales and after-sales contexts.
You''ll contribute to delivering intuitive, human-centered conversations while aligning with customer expectations and digital transformation goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and write natural, user-friendly dialogues in Dutch and English, in line with tone-of-voice guidelines.
- Implement and configure flows in tools like Voiceflow and Google Dialogflow CX.
- Collaborate with AI experts to train bots for better natural language understanding.
- Analyze conversation logs to identify improvements and optimize performance.
- Share your expertise in conversational copywriting with team members via workshops and on-the-job coaching.
- Contribute to enhancing the digital customer experience by improving CSAT and bot containment rates.
- Operate within an Agile squad setup and actively collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other content specialists.
Your Profile
- Solid experience in AI-driven conversational copywriting, ideally in both chat and voice interfaces.
- Proven track record with conversation design tools (e.g. Voiceflow, Dialogflow CX).
- Excellent editorial and communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with NLP, machine learning, and AI concepts related to conversational interfaces.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data insights into design improvements.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments, with experience in cross-functional teams.
- Affinity with digital customer journeys, user research, and UX principles.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, flexibility, and resilience in a fast-changing environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with voice interaction design (e.g. IVR, Alexa, Google Assistant).
- Knowledge of French.
- Background in digital communication, messaging, or social media.
- Ability to facilitate ideation workshops and training sessions.
