Job Title: Project Manager Supply Chain Program (EMEA Region)
Location: EMEA-based (Belgium preferred)

Scope of Work:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support ongoing work at Johnson & Johnsons European Distribution Center in Belgium. The key responsibility is to lead the integration and development of a comprehensive project plan for the CAR phase currently in progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at J&J''s European Distribution Center
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan by consolidating inputs from various teams
- Drive regular follow-ups and alignments across warehouse engineering/automation, warehouse operations, and IT teams
- Work independently with minimal supervision and take proactive ownership of deliverables
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing supply chain programs as a Project Manager
- Strong initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive project timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Based in EMEA region (Belgium preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Functional understanding of warehouse management and automation/control systems
- Prior experience working with Johnson & Johnson
