Role Description

Were looking for a Junior EV Charging Systems Specialist to join our fast-paced Project Delivery Operations team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to grow in a digital and sustainable business. Youll contribute directly to the reliability, automation, and scalability of our core systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the commissioning and registration of new CPO sites
• Perform configurations and updates in our Charging Station Management System (CSMS)
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy
• Troubleshoot issues or escalate to the appropriate teams
• Automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud
• Build and manage usage reports using Power Query
• Analyze competitor apps and propose new feature requests
• Collaborate on the integration of product add-ons for the Italian market
• Maintain internal dashboards and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree or technical diploma (STEM preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Proficiency in English (B1+ level)
• Passion for sustainability, digital tools, and electric mobility
