Job Overview

The Global Proc Sr Coordinator primary role is to ensure exceptional operational services are provided to the teams they are supporting in both BUs and Category teams. These services include contacting vendors & aligning on costs by project, managing the PO and invoice work flow associated with specific brand A&M budgets, maintaining necessary ledger postings, maintaining weekly reporting, and conducting periodic check ins with Marketing teams which they are supporting.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with control function to align upon brand budget in the Oracle/SAP systems
  2. Contact vendors for respective projects; & align on costs associated with services provided
  3. Request, review and maintain files related to final estimates from vendors
  4. Collaborate with Controls budget coordinators to process estimates & generate POs
  5. Manage tracking of completed estimates and POSs; accounting for remaining balances, needed estimates, open purchase orders, and prompt pays, etc.
  6. Complete adhoc analysis of cost buckets across brands to identify efficiency opportunities for future planning purposes
  7. Approval Matrix Update
  8. Accruals creation support and follow up, avoiding A&M fall in/out are not detected and booked timely as well as ensuring that the remaining part of the A&M accrual is adequate during the following year.
  9. Work as a team to deliver
  10. Efficiencies tracking and ensuring execution
  11. SME back up
  12. Lates PO and budgets KPIs tracking
  13. Monthly closings, cashflow tracking, etc
  14. POS stock follow up to avoid impact in the A&M

Qualifications

  1. A junior level analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company in Finance or similar 1+ years experience
  2. Education: BBA in economics, math, statistics, management
  3. Efficient with Excel and Power Point programs
  4. Developed written and oral communication skills; able to communicate using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
  5. Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
  6. Ability to provide high level customer service
