What will be your functions?

• Customer and supplier service: Handle phone calls and in-person visits from customers and suppliers who contact or visit Sensia''s facilities.
• Package reception: Manage the receipt of parcels and goods both in the main hall and in the warehouse.
• Logistical document management: Control and file delivery notes for incoming and outgoing goods using platforms such as OneDrive, Monday, and Loop.
• Internal purchase management:

1.Register purchase orders in the ERP system (Business Central).

2.Track the order until correct delivery (ensure payment, shipment, and follow up on issues if necessary).

3.Register the product in the system for proper stock entry in Sensia.

4.Process purchase orders with suppliers as requested by any department.

• Access control: Supervise access for external personnel and resolve access issues for internal staff.
• Organization of visits and workshops: Coordinate logistics and guest reception for events held at Sensia, including catering management and setup.
• Administrative support to the Business Development department: Assistance with calendar coordination, preparation of commercial documentation, maintenance of customer and opportunity databases, and collaboration in preparing presentations and proposals

What profile are we looking for?

• Minimum two years working in reception

Work tools: Microsoft office 365 (mandatory Outlook and Excel)

Soft skills:

• Proactive
• Discretion
• People skills
• Perfect spoken and written expression

Languages: English C1 (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.
