A growthmindset : Yes, we start with this one. Because you cant knoweverything already. Curiosity and willingness to learn is whatmatters most. A solid foundation in data, AI, computer science orresearch and familiarity with data visualisation tools such asPowerBI, SQL ... Advanced knowledge in Python and a solidunderstanding of statistics is a must, and if you know your wayaround machine learning, generative AI, Computer vision, roboticsor data analysis, thats a plus. Multilingualism : Fluency in Dutchor French (with at least A2 level in the other) is important. Awillingness to improve is key, as collaboration with yourcolleagues will be key for your challenges.
