Our initial focus is on thePOS/SaaS systems which serve the bars, restaurants, and cafs inItaly. We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and arelooking for an entrepreneurial Partnership Manager to lead ourgo-to-market efforts in Italy. This role will involve building andmanaging a network of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and otherstrategic partners. About the Role As our first hire in Italy,youll be responsible for launching and growing the Italian market.Youll drive Klearlys market entry by identifying, signing, andscaling partnerships with ISVs, POS vendors, and other ecosystemplayers. Youll be our local eyes and ears, representing Klearly tothe market and bringing market insights back to the team. This is ahigh-impact role with the potential to evolve into a CountryManager position. What Youll Do - Develop and execute thego-to-market strategy for Italy through partnerships. - Identifyand sign commercial partnerships with ISVs, POS vendors, systemintegrators, and other relevant partners. - Build and maintainstrong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. -Collaborate closely with product, ops and tech teams to align onpartner integration and enablement. - Track and report onpartnership pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities. -Represent Klearly at events and within the Italian fintech andsoftware community. What Were Looking For - 5+ years of experiencein partnerships, business development, or commercial roles. -Strong network in the Italian hospitality and/or ISV ecosystem. -Proven track record of initiating and scaling commercialpartnerships, ideally in a fintech, SaaS, or payments environment.- Entrepreneurial mindset youre resourceful, hands-on, andthrive in ambiguity. - Excellent communication and negotiationskills. - Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
