Capwatt promotes, owns and operates integrated energy optimisation solutions, contributing to a sustainable energy paradigm. We are looking for a Structured Debt Manager to join our finance team:
Responsibilities:
Analyse and structure debt products to meet Capwatt''s specific project financing needs, applying risk management strategies;
Develop its financial models to project cash flows, assess potential risks and determine the performance of the project debt structure considering various market scenarios;
Managing all the origination process: coordinating with the various stakeholders; ensuring transaction documentation and overseeing the successful execution of the deal;
Contracting, managing and monitoring all sources of structured finance guaranteed to projects and ensuring compliance with the obligations set out in the contracts;
Managing and monitoring the performance of the structured finance portfolios, including monitoring cash flows, analysing investment performance and providing periodic reports to the various stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with the obligations set out in the contracts;
Managing the relationship with financiers and other stakeholders in these financing processes;
Keeping up to date with industry trends, market conditions and regulatory changes that may have an impact on structured debt products;
Manage and motivate a high-performance team to deliver the proposed challenges.
Requirements:
University degree in Economics, Management or Finance;
Minimum of 10 years'' experience in similar roles in companies in the energy sector, international banks, venture capital or investment funds;
In-depth knowledge of structured and unstructured debt products and contracting and negotiation dynamics;
Experience in Project Finance (mandatory);
Ability to work in a team, interpersonal skills and dynamism;
Organisation and rigour, good learning skills and critical thinking;
Good computer skills (Excel; TMS; SAP) as well as data analysis software and financial risk management tools (Bloomberg, Moody''s Analytics).
Fluent in English (mandatory).
