- Manage and resolve Field support Incidents & requests.
- Do walkups and troubleshoot any end user issues based on tickets created.
- Assist the plant/office with IT related queries and resolve them based on priority.
- Document all ticket data and notes in Client provided ITSM Platform till closure.
- Assist with PC deployment and imaging.
- Assist end users in plants after completing proper training and safety pre-requisites approved by Client.
- Assist with P1 and P2 incidents and act as a bridge between different technical teams during the situation.
- Assist end users with general IT queries.
- Report any failures to the Client project manager.
- Perform required troubleshooting as informed by the technical team
