We are looking for an
O&M Site Supervisor (PV)
to join our technical team and help us manage the solar power plants located in
Murcia
region.
Functions & Responsibilities:O&M Supervision and Contract Management:
Overseeing O&M activities for medium to large facilities, ensuring operations align with contracts, KPIs, and performance goals.Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards are met during O&M activities.Technical and Operational Expertise:
Manage PV plants, electrical systems (AC, DC, 3-Phase), and reading technical documentation, with extensive knowledge of O&M and LTSA contracts.Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement:
Manage multiple crews, coordinates with asset managers, O&M contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and prepares technical reports.Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
Offering strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with flexibility to be on-site and adapt to project demands.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:A
Bachelors degree
in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least
3 years of experience
as an O&M Site Supervisor for PV plants.Basic to
Intermediate English language proficiency (B1-B2) ,
Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2) , both written and verbal.
Bonus points
if you have:Technical Certification/Training in the electrical, Solar O&M, or telecommunications fields.Knowledge on ERP (SAP M-module) and CMMS systems.
