With a strong focus on innovation, operationalexcellence, an We are expanding our Purchasing Team in Italy andare looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our 3-person teammanaging component procurement. This is a key role that sits at theintersection of purchasing and logistics ideal for a proactiveand experienced professional who thrives in fast-pacedenvironments. What You''ll Be Doing: As a Purchasing Specialist,your main responsibilities will include: - Procuring mechanical andelectronic components according to production needs and forecasts.- Sending and managing purchase orders while maintaining accuraterecords. - Following up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryand mitigate any supply chain risks. - Negotiating pricing,delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the bestvalue. - Collaborating cross-functionally with planning, logistics,and production to ensure material availability. - Supportinginventory optimization by aligning purchasing with operationaldemand. - Identifying and resolving delivery issues before theyimpact production. - Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) tomanage purchasing workflows (experience is a plus). What We''reLooking For: Were seeking someone who is experienced, adaptable,and hands-on someone who can quickly understand new systems andprocesses while delivering high-quality results. You will be partof a close-knit team with high standards and a collaborativespirit. Requirements: - Proven experience (3+ years) in purchasing,procurement, or supply chain roles, preferably in manufacturing orindustrial environments. - Strong negotiation skills and asolution-oriented mindset. - Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail. - Ability to work independently and adapt tochange quickly. - Fluent in Italian and English both written andspoken. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; D365 experience is astrong plus. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of logistics processes orprevious involvement in cross-functional supply chain teams. -Familiarity with component-based production environments(mechanical or electromechanical).
