A leading insurer in Belgium is looking for a freelance Data Analyst to support ongoing digital and data initiatives. This role sits within the Data Governance & Analytics function and focuses on enhancing reporting, improving data quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What Youll Do
Design dashboards and perform in-depth data analysis
Investigate data issues and implement solutions to improve accuracy
Collaborate across IT, Risk, and Business teams to drive data-informed decisions
Support regulatory reporting
What Were Looking For
5+ years'' experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in insurance or financial services
Skilled in SQL, Python or R, and Power BI/Tableau
Experience with data governance, data quality, and compliance
Fluent in French & English
Nice to Have
Experience with Azure, GDPR, claims data or customer analytics
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Location: Lige (2 days/week on-site)
