Responsibilities: 1.SalesSupport - Sales Operation - Support sales team in differentoperation including but not limited to sales report management,sales fulfillment, target achievement report, etc - ProcessManagement - Setup and enhance workflow and process to ensure theoperation is comply with different company policy - BusinessAnalysis and Reporting - Assist the team in preparing differentmanagement report. Working closely with general team to feedbackany area for improvement, especially from local operationperspective 2. Admin&Finance Support - Work with Finance teamto Support daily billing & invoicing management - Perform dailyAccount Receivable collection control - Support external auditissue - Analyze monthly operation data to provide financialbusiness performance analysis - Follow up on finance intelligencedevelopment progress - Other ac-hoc finance&Admin-related issueRequirements: - Bachelors/Masters Degree or University Degree (orabove) in Data Science, Finance, Accounting or similar majors; -Minimum 2 years Relevant experience (Including previousinternship); - Good analytical and communication skills; Experiencein business analysis and reporting function is definitely anadvantage; - Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, detailminded and high accuracy standards; - Proficiency in English,Mandarin, and French.
