Your mission
- Reporting to the Managing Director BeNe, you take over the responsibility of developing the sanitary container business in the BeNe region. The base of operations is Geraardsbergen.
- You lead, coach, and inspire a team of two inside sales, two administrative assistants and three operational staff, ensuring the team''s development and growth aligns with the company''s needs and ambitions.
- Working closely with your sales team, you actively maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. You personally manage key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while identifying opportunities for cross- and upselling. With a hands-on approach, you spot broader challenges that could impact the customer journey and take proactive steps to address them.
- You identify, target, and secure new business opportunities by presenting tailored products and services to prospective clients.
- You play a key role in accelerating the cultural shift towards a more performance-based sales organization.
- To support this shift, you set up dashboards and benchmarks for effective tracking and monitoring of sales activities and results.
Track record in B2B sales management
- You have a masters degree, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
- You have a few years of proven successful experience in B2B sales management, preferably in sales of services.
- You have several years of experience in budget-making processes and Profit and Loss responsibility.
- You have experience working with various tools, such as Excel and Power BI and are adept at public tender procedures.
- You demonstrate a hands-on mentality and are adept at collecting and analyzing information to improve service quality and customer experience. You can make informed decisions, take responsibility, and think entrepreneurially.
- You possess both operational and conceptual skills, and are willing to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and fairly evaluate all possible solutions.
- You communicate fluently, both spoken and written, in Dutch, English, and French.
