Mission The Payment Product team is a keyenabler of Pluxees business. It covers benefit issuance, paymentinstrument management, merchant acceptance, transaction processing,and settlement. As a Product Manager / Product Owner in the GlobalPayment Team, you will help shape and deliver the Pluxee paymentexperience by working closely with local markets, global teams(product, tech, business), and external partners. You willtransform high-level product strategies into actionabledeliverables by managing backlogs, defining functionalrequirements, and collaborating with development teams to ensuresmooth execution. Your focus will be on building high-qualityfeatures, improving system capabilities, and delivering user value.Key Responsibilities As a Product Manager / Product Owner, yourmain responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Translate the product vision and strategy into clear, actionablebacklog items. - Gather and formalize business requirements intouser stories and functional specifications. - Prioritize and managethe product backlog to align with business objectives and userneeds. - Collaborate with engineering teams to define sprint goalsand ensure successful delivery. - Support local markets in therollout and adoption of payment features. - Maintain functionaldocumentation, including payment flows and service catalogs. -Monitor product performance, usage, and incidents; proposeimprovements accordingly. - Contribute to incident resolution withfunctional analysis and ensure proper follow-up. - Facilitatecommunication between product, business, and technical teams. -Ensure compliance and quality standards are met in all productdevelopments. Role & Expectations In this role, you areexpected to: - Act as the functional owner of your scope focusingon defining what the product should do, not how it is technicallyimplemented. - Develop a strong understanding of the paymenttransaction lifecycle, including issuance, authorization,processing, and settlement. - Be a key contributor to deliveringcontinuous improvements in the payment product offering. -Collaborate actively with local markets and external partners tosupport deployment and gather feedback. - Document and maintainfunctional assets such as payment flows, use cases, and the productcatalog. - Bring clarity and structure to complex business problemsand ensure alignment across stakeholders. Profile - Paymentknowledge: Solid understanding of digital payments, transactionflows, and partners involved (issuers, acquirers, processors). -Product experience: Experience in managing product backlogs,writing user stories, and working in Agile frameworks (Scrum,SAFe). - Functional expertise: Comfortable translating businessrequirements into clear functional specs and testable features. -Analytical mindset: Strong attention to detail and ability to breakdown complex problems into actionable components. - Communication:Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicateeffectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. -Language: Fluent in English (French or another language is a plus).- Mindset: Pragmatic, structured, delivery-oriented, and eager tocontribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.Reporting to You will be part of the Global Payment Product team,reporting to one of our Lead Product Manager Location Pluxee HQ(Issy les Moulineaux) Happy at work 1) A meaningful job: Be thechange!
