I)Qualifications and skills:At least a Bachelors degree in Energy Policy, Public Administration, or Economics (minimum requirement).Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English (minimum requirement).At least 15 years of experience in energy transition planning and public sector advisory (minimum requirement).Proven track record in advising government institutions on energy transition strategies, stakeholder coordination, and institutional capacity building, as demonstrated in at least three projects (minimum requirement).Experience leading large-scale just transition projects and energy sector policy reforms will be considered an asset.Experience in structuring and implementing financing mechanisms for energy transition, including EU and multilateral funding instruments (e.g., JTF, PSLF, RePowerEU, RRF, or similar mechanisms) will be considered an asset.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply and upload your CV via LinkedIn or send it to (emailprotected).
