The Patient Journey Manager will coordinate between clinical partners, rehabilitation teams, and patients, ensuring seamless treatment pathways from initial selection through surgery and rehabilitation.Responsibilities include:Building relationships with implanting centres and rehab teamsProviding training to clinical staff, including visual rehab and low vision professionalsSupporting the entire patient journey, from selection to long-term rehabCollaborating with commercial and medical teams to expand treatment centresEngaging with patient groups, doctors, and referral networks to increase awarenessFacilitating communication between surgical and rehab teamsCoordinating patient testimonials for awareness campaignsServing as a contact for patient support and incident reportingQualifications:Degree in Orthoptics, Optics, or related low vision field35 years experience in medical devices/pharmaceuticals, preferably ophthalmology35 years experience in low vision rehabilitationDesired Skills & Attributes:Passion for patient care and quality of life improvementsStrong communication and presentation skills, patient-centric mindsetEffective project management across multidisciplinary teamsAdaptability, proactivity, ability to work under pressureFluency in local language and proficiency in EnglishProficiency in MS Office; tech-savvy preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
