Your role and key responsibilities will be:
- Support various activities associated with Sales Department (Exhibitions & Events, support Sales team with prospecting projects, leads insertion to the CRM, agreements issuance, etc.) at the highest level.
- Conduct business research to generate lead and support marketing campaigns
- Support CRM maintenance on data, prices, quotations, etc
- Generate new leads through emails and calls
- Contact inactive leads to revive interest
- Should follow-up on tasks assigned to him/her
- Contribute to the implementation of ISO;
- Provide ah-hoc assistance to his/her Unit;
Requirements
- Applicant must possess EU work permit
- BA degree preferably in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Communication or similar
- Any previous internships are considered as asset
- Fluency in English (written & oral)
- Any other languages are always a plus
- Confident user of Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Outlook
