About the vacancy We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance and Reporting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for group reporting, keeping track of the Luxembourg holdings while managing day-to-day accounting matters for various entities, including regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, SPVs, and Holdcos. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day accounting matters, including bookkeeping and record filing, for various entities. Monthly Group reporting including the intercompany reconciliation between related parties. Actively participate in organising accounting records and other administrative tasks. Collaborate closely with other colleagues across Europe on accounting matters. First point of contact for the external auditors. Prepare financial statements in compliance with Lux GAAP. Coordinate tax-returns (VAT + CIT) with our tax advisors. What you bring Must-have University degree in business/economics or a similar field At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Very good knowledge of Sage Bob and of Lux GAAP Fluent in English and German Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel Ability to prepare financial statements Ability to work under pressure and hands-on mentality Nice-to-have Certified Management Accountant or similar accreditation Experience with SAP BPC Knowledge of IFRS Benefits Modern office close to German/Luxembourg border Flexible working hours Good work-life-balance Meal vouchers (15 Euro) 33 days of vacation Attractive Pension Plan Successful together The EOS Group is a company of the Otto Group.
