• You have at least 3 years of experience as a corporate M&A lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in French and English, which is essential to communicate efficiently with your interlocutors.
• Knowledge of mergers, restructuring, dissolution, and liquidation is crucial to meet your clients'' needs.
• Being proactive and organized is essential for meeting deadlines in this position.
