The Green Recruitment Company has partnered with a leading IPP in the search for a Land Manager in Italy.Responsibilities :Participate in the identification, analysis, and selection of potential sites for renewable energy generation plants.Identify landowners for development projects and negotiate legal transactions such as leases, options, easements, and acquisitions.Establish relationships with local institutions.Support in finding real estate brokers to assist in land search and negotiations.Assist in managing development projects through collaboration with external brokers.Help obtain necessary permits for construction and operation of renewable energy facilities.Participate in M&A processes and conduct due diligence on land availability.Assist in preparing documentation for litigation and pre-litigation issues.Require 5+ years of experience in Land Management, Scouting, and Brokerage of Solar PV projects.Knowledge of agricultural land real estate law and environmental law is advantageous.Possess strong negotiating skills and the ability to build and maintain contacts.Experience with Italian legal standards, building law, and renewable energy land ownership laws.Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, teamwork, synthesis ability, involvement, rigor, efficiency, multitasking, and priority management.Fluent in English.Location: Greater Rome Metropolitan Area, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
