Responsibilities: - KKAA plan definition,including main KPIs identification and monitoring - Manage channelKPIs according to company goals and targets - Develop the deepestunderstanding of key customer needs, through the definition ofCustomer Journey map - Strengthen and expand the relationships withexisting customers - Facilitate KKAA sales through a comprehensivesell out plan (Analyze, Explain, Engage and Act) - Ensure thecorrect products and services are delivered to customers in atimely manner - Act as the link of communication between keycustomers and internal teams - Share regular reports of progressand forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using internaland key account metrics - Leverage CRM capabilities to increasebusiness opportunities and maximize the effectiveness of sales andmarketing activities - Participation and Management Trade show,fairs and customer events - Collecting competitors catalogues,samples and pricing in coordination with merchandising dept. -Check credit limit and unpayment reports in coordination withcredit dept. - Spend time on the field (min. 50%) includinginternational trips Skills & Experiences: - Master Degree inEconomics and/or Sales Strategy; - Proven experience asKKAAMgr/Sales Mgr, min. 2-3 years, with preferable experience inSafety business or in an international environment - Microsoftoffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM proficient(SalesForce.com) - Experience in sales and providing solutionsbased on customer needs - Strong communication and interpersonalskills with aptitude in building relationships with professionalsof all organizational levels; - Excellent organizational andproject management skills; - Ability in problem-solving andnegotiation; - Organized and able to manage priority; - Fluent inItalian, English and French; - Fourth foreign language isconsidered a plus.
